Dear OSD user

For OSD (https://osd.lenovo.com) system upgrade reason, KB download service will be suspended from April 1 to April 20( UTC+8).

During this period, only flashing image can be accessed through LST tool, other files like NPI training material, repair tool software installation package and other files shared in KB will not be accessed. Please download in advance.

We will send project information during system downtime by email

If you have emergency requirement during outage, for LST tool relevant question, please mail to smarttool@lenovo.com Others please mail to svctes@lenovo.com.

We will inform you at the first time when system upgrade is completed.

According to the Lenovo Security Policy, OSD(LST) account password should be changed at least once every 90 days. Your password will expire in 15 days. If you do not change the password, your account will be locked.

To change your password, there are 2 options available:

Option 1: Please visit https://osd.lenovo.com/portal/index, login and click the "set password" under the account name option.

Option 2: If you are a Lenovo Smart Tool user, you can change the password by Lenovo Smart Tool.
